89. Beating his Own Record

Nicholas did it again... He beat his own record! He first improved his time for the 1600m (1 mile) by about 3 secs (we'll know his official time tomorrow). He also beat his personal best at the 800m by at least 10 secs. He ran two great races, despite the heat wave that came down on Southern California today!
If he continues like this, he should be able to reach his goal: running the 1600m in under 5 minutes. Good Luck Son, I know you can do it!
