Nicholas had a great first run yesterday; he ran the 1600m or 1 mile in 5 min. 16 secs. This happens to be 14 secs faster than the last time he ran 1 mile and is his personal best.
After the race, he knew he had done well but only found out his time today, during practice. He was pretty happy with his result!
Tomorrow, he is running at the Azusa Pacific University Meet of Champions. He will be running the 3200m or 2 miles, which proved to be a little more challenging than he expected. Hopefully he can improve on Thursday's performance...
