Photographed these two beautiful dogs and their human companions last Tuesday.
Ash (on the right ) and Cinder (on the left ) are both pure bred Long Coat Akitas.
Ash is 4 years old and Cinder is just a puppy at 7 months old.
I met Ash through the Lend A Paw program for which I volunteer.
Lisa, Ash's owner and handler also volunteers for Lend A Paw and takes him to nursing homes, schools, etc. and provides pet therapy to people with disabilities. He is so big and yet so calm, it is amazing...
And little Cinder is going to obedience school to learn some manners and hopefully will follow in her big brother's footsteps!
