248. Great job!

Christina scored a goal during her soccer game this morning. I didn't see it; I was with Nicholas, at his soccer game. But Allan said it was a beautiful goal! Here is what he wrote on Facebook: "Coach Joel would be so proud of Christina today. She received an arrant punt with her chest in the midfield went straight to her defender cut with the outside of her left foot and struck the ball with her left from the top of the box right into the far corner; GOAL! Three touches in 5 seconds."

Nicholas' team tied 2-2 today; they were playing the second place team! It was a very exciting game. They were down 2-0 with only about 15 minutes left in the game when they scored the first goal. Then, with about 1 minute left in the game, the ref called for a corner kick and somehow, the ball  went in! The boys were obviously happy! Nicholas played great and definitely contributed to the win!
